| Sunbelt's Beginner
class program is designed for girls, ages 5 to 15. |
This program is intended for girls who
are interested in gymnastics but have little or no actual experience.
It's a great way to "try it out" and see if she wants
to pursue additional gymnastics training.
Students work on floor skills each week, including
handstands, cartwheels, rolls and backbend kickovers - and the remaining
event apparatus (bars, beam and vault) are utilized on a weekly
rotating basis. |
